Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Business Risk Partner to join our leadership team and play a critical role in enabling the business to grow safely, sustainably, and confidently.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior executives, influence strategic decisions, and lead a modern, proactive approach to risk management across the organisation.

What You'll Do


As a trusted advisor to the business, you will:

  • Partner with senior leadership to embed risk thinking into decision-making and strategic planning
  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive a forward-looking, data-driven risk culture that balances growth with resilience
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to Executive and Board-level stakeholders
  • Build and lead a high-performing risk team, fostering capability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Champion transformation initiatives, enhancing systems, processes, and governance frameworks

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in enterprise risk management, business risk advisory, or similar leadership roles
  • Proven ability to influence and partner at C-suite level
  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments
  • Track record of leading large-scale transformation or uplift initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
