Join the BRM Competence Center AML/KYC—a dynamic, collaborative team of passionate experts dedicated to financial crime prevention and regulatory excellence. Here, you’ll work closely with colleagues across UBS, contribute to high-impact projects, and help shape the future of AML/KYC practices. • university degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field
• several years of senior-level experience in AML/KYC, financial crime prevention, or compliance within the financial services industry
• proven track record as a consultant or advisor, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices in AML and KYC
• demonstrated expertise in audit management and regulatory liaison
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and strategic thinking
• excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations and management updates for senior audiences
• advanced project management capabilities, ideally with experience in transformation or digitalization initiatives
• proactive, collaborative, and structured approach to work, with a high level of personal initiative and leadership
• fluency in English; good German language skills
• advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
