Within the First Line of Defence (FLoD), the Senior Business Risk Manager (BRM) plays a key role in ensuring the effectiveness, robustness, and continuous improvement of the internal control and risk management framework within the Private Banking (PB) business.
Reporting to the Private Banking COO, the Senior Business Risk Manager acts as a senior risk partner to the business, providing expert guidance on non-financial risks, internal controls, and regulatory matters. The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong judgment, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders across the organization.
The Senior Business Risk Manager coordinates closely with Private Banking Support functions as well as the Second and Third Lines of Defence to ensure consistent risk assessment, control execution, and remediation of identified issues.
