We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Release Managerto join our team. This is a newly created role supportingthe execution of complex, multi-year transformation programmes across Customer, Product & Services, including the replacement of core ledgers across multiple key product lines.

What are 5dayto day tasks the person in this role will complete?
You are the lead subject matter expert for systems that Everyday Banking (product domain) use to deliver customer products.
You will work with productand technologycolleaguesto developwell writtenbusinessand technicalrequirements.
You will support enterprise incident management and hyper care processes (various) toidentifyroot cause and to support Technology colleagues to fix root cause.
You will have a deep understanding of customer and colleague needs, and the technology capabilities available

Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
Very highstandard of communication and documentation with the ability to clearly present ideas on paper, write succinctly and think critically about an issue, with any implications made explicit
