In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact business, operational, and regulated finance roles within a fast-scaling global fintech environment. You will partner closely with senior leaders across brokerage, compliance, finance, strategy, and go-to-market teams to translate business needs into effective hiring plans. The position requires a strong ability to build and manage pipelines for specialized and senior-level talent in competitive markets. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring speed, structure, and rigor throughout the recruitment process. Operating in a remote-first, distributed environment, you will collaborate across multiple time zones and influence hiring decisions at a global scale. This is a strategic and hands-on role where recruiting excellence directly supports organizational growth and regulatory-grade talent acquisition. Accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for senior business, operational, and regulated finance roles, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality hires across global teams.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and targeted outreach for niche fintech profiles.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, align on role requirements, and drive structured interview processes.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and effective closing strategies.
- Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, hiring competitiveness, and role leveling across multiple regions.
- Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall hiring efficiency.
- Improve and scale recruiting processes, including interview frameworks, ATS hygiene, documentation, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level hiring in fast-paced tech or fintech environments.
- Proven experience hiring for regulated financial roles such as compliance, brokerage operations, risk, finance, or legal.
- Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building pipelines from scratch for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and guide hiring decisions effectively.
- Experience designing structured, scalable, and high-quality interview processes that improve hiring outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior candidates and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS tools, recruiting analytics, and funnel metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
