Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Product Manager to lead and grow Telesign's Phone ID product within our Digital Identity and Protect portfolio. Phone ID provides trust signals and identity data behind a phone number, which our customers use to protect their users at decisive moments in the customer journey.

This is a full-stack product management role requiring both strong technical understanding and strong business, market, and go-to-market orientation. You will own the product roadmap and work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, GTM, Finance, Legal & Privacy, and Leadership teams to shape product direction, support commercial growth, and drive execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Phone ID roadmap and set priorities based on customer needs, market research, commercial opportunities, and technical feasibility
  • Research fraud trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments, and turn them into decisions rather than reports
  • Build business cases and provide the market and usage input behind pricing and packaging decisions
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, regional GTM teams, and partners with positioning, enablement, and live opportunities
  • Define and track the metrics that show whether the product is working, and report priorities, risks, and business impact to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Product Management or Product Owner role, including at least two years of direct commercial responsibility such as business case ownership, commercial modelling, customer negotiations, or accountability for product P&L and commercial strategy
  • Strong technical background and proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Comfortable with API-based products and able to hold a technical discussion with engineers on integration, performance, and data quality
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to base product and commercial decisions on data
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above)
  • Willingness to overlap with US time zones in the afternoon and to travel occasionally

Nice to have

  • Experience with fraud prevention, digital identity, or trust and safety products
  • Experience in telecom, CPaaS, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or other fraud-sensitive industries
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or API products sold both directly and through partners
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
  • Familiarity with agentic AI and agentic commerce, and with how human identity is established when an AI agent acts on a person's behalf
  • Understanding of GDPR and consent frameworks in digital identity
  • Experience with third-party data partnerships
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field

We are offering

  • Good compensation package - Competitive € salary plus attractive benefits
  • Development opportunities
  • Challenging but also very friendly working environment
  • And much, much more...
