Company
- The company provides compliant end-to-end tokenisation solutions of traditional financial assets and based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning cycles; synthesize inputs from product, legal, BD, and finance into cohesive roadmaps.
- Produce market and competitive analyses on the RWA landscape to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks; build scalable processes across hiring, onboarding, compliance workflows, and cross-team coordination.
- Own the company's internal tooling stack (Notion, Linear, etc.) and ensure teams are set up for async-first collaboration.
- Conduct deep, hands-on competitive research: signing up for and using competitor platforms as a real user, dissecting their product experience, yield offerings, and onboarding flows to surface actionable insights for our own roadmap.
- Build and maintain the metrics infrastructure (TVL, user cohorts, asset performance, protocol revenue) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Run analyses on on-chain and off-chain data to surface insights on user behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Define and own the KPIs that matter most at each stage of growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, strategy, management consulting, or a similar high-ownership role, ideally with at least one stint at an early-stage company or at a Fintech.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Solid experience in traditional financial products: familiar fixed income instruments, private credit structures, yield mechanics, and how retail and institutional investors think about risk and return.
- Having understanding of RWA, tokenisation and digital assets would be a plus.
- Hands-on researcher mindset: you enjoy signing up for competitors' platforms, poking at their flows, and writing up what you find with precision and clarity.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: you define the problem, propose a solution, and execute without waiting to be told.
- Ability to context-switch between 10,000-foot strategy and in-the-weeds execution without losing quality at either end.
