A day in the life.
As our Sr Business Process Specialist on the Operations team, you’ll support the organizational goals by providing technology, data analysis & systems training support to improving efficiency & effectiveness, maximizing the productivity and ease-of-use of the company’s workflow system and tools. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting outsourcing utilization, providing training to both outsourcing and internal colleagues on operational processes, and assisting with special projects that support overall business goals. Attention to detail, ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with impeccable follow-through is a must.
