Want to do more than just support processes and create real added value? In your role as a (Senior) Business Process Consultant and/or Solution Architect (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind holistic, AI-powered service solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, taking responsibility for the design and implementation of scalable solution architectures in the areas of Customer Service, Contact Centre and Field Service In doing so, you will integrate modern AI functions such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Predictive Analytics and intelligent automation, ensuring that innovative technologies are seamlessly embedded. You will bear technical responsibility for end-to-end solutions, including system integration, data strategy and security, and ensure that all architectural decisions are sustainable, scalable and future-proof. As the central point of contact, you will support our clients throughout the entire project cycle, from requirements analysis and design right through to go-live. You will facilitate workshops, adapt complex concepts to suit specific audiences, and develop sustainable service strategies that transform client processes in the long term. Furthermore, you will play an active role in the further development of our Microsoft competence portfolio, take on a technical mentoring role within the team, and support knowledge transfer on an equal basis. You will be involved in pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and designing solutions, and will act as a driving force behind new technologies and AI trends in the service sector.

Your profile:

  • Several years’ project experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, particularly in Customer Service / Field Service and/or Contact Centre
  • In-depth understanding of AI/ML approaches in a CRM context (Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform)
  • A deep understanding of service processes, system architectures and their potential for optimisation
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their meaningful integration into existing system landscapes
  • A high level of commitment, the ability to work well in a team and a confident, professional manner
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Willingness to undertake moderate business travel
