The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to join the Program Management Office in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Ideal candidates will provide senior-level operational and business process support with a focus on contract operations support, procurement activities, staffing coordination, and program compliance. This role will include analyzing, tracking, and reporting on program data, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting leadership in ensuring continuity of operations and successful execution of program objectives.

This is a hybrid position requiring the selected candidate to be in office at minimum twice a week


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee program business and functional operations, serving as the primary point of contact in the Program Support Manager's absence.

  • Proactivelyidentify, analyze, andfacilitatethe resolution of operational issues, acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Manage andoptimizesubcontracts in CACI's Procure-2-Pay system, ensuring compliance and efficiency in contract management.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for subcontractors, guaranteeing readiness for contract billing and integration into program operations.

  • Strategically manage RFQs and Purchase Requisitions,in support ofsourcing and procurement for both Government and CACI requirements.

  • Direct the purchase and tracking of materials, equipment, and software in support of special projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and budgets.

  • Collaborate with the timecard compliance team to oversee timecard approvals and signatures for both CACI and subcontractor personnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide high-level support to the Program Support Manager in administrative and operational decision-making, offering strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Serve as the delegated authority for the Program Support Manager in their absence,maintainingcontinuity of operations and decision-making.

  • Maintain comprehensive awareness of program priorities, staffing needs, and active deliverables, proactively addressing potential issues or resource constraints.

  • Lead andfacilitatestatus meetings, providing critical updates to leadership in the Program Support Manager's absence.

  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of program documentation, SOPs, trackers, and reporting artifacts, ensuring best practices are followed and continuously refined.

  • Exercise backup approval authority for designated operational functions, ensuring uninterrupted workflow and decision-making processes.

  • Develop and present high-level metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to program leadership, offering strategic analysis and recommendations for program improvement.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives,leveragingexpertiseto enhance overall program efficiency and effectiveness.



Qualifications:

Required:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relative experience
  • Experience working in an Enterprise Environment, preferably for a large Federal / IT contract/program
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in SharePoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel workbook and using formulas
  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer and employee interaction
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI management
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience submitting RFQ’s/RFPs for subcontracts and procurements
  • Able to manage and monitor supplier funding and burn using excel and system generate reports.
  • Able to take the lead on responses to stakeholders and contracting partners



Desired:

  • Familiarity with CACI Deltek system, CACI operations and contract processes and systems
  • Skills in PowerQuery; PowerBI
  • Ability to attain DHS EOD
  • Experience with Workday

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
