
This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting the delivery of technology and business transformation solutions.
The Senior Business Analyst works cross-functionally with business leaders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
A team member who specializes in one or more business process areas. Responsible for working as part of a team and with multiple stakeholders (BPO, GBPL, BPL, FTL, BSA, SME, etc.) to perform tasks related to the implementation, validation and documentation of standard ERP and non-ERP related processes. Provides subject matter expert support and guidance. Participates in planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation activities for CooperSurgical’s systems and business landscape. Consults with the business groups within the Quote to Order and IT department, gathers and documents requirements, performs gap analysis and participates in design process. Collaborates during end user support for specific functional areas and processes. These roles will be interacting with other functional areas routinely to avoid solutions that are optimized from only a functional (vs. cross-functional) perspective.

Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred. Commensurate business experience is required.

You will receive a competitive total compensation plan. Your recruitment team will be able to share more information about any variable pay opportunity and benefit package that accompanies this role. The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $108,014 to $144,019. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
