Job Description

• Support the CEO with business planning, performance analysis, and management reporting and coordination.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and business updates for CEO review and decision-making.
• Monitor key business KPIs and highlight trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, and other functions to consolidate accurate and timely business information.
• Support analysis of financial and operational performance, including costs, productivity, manpower, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate key strategic and operational initiatives, tracking actions, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
• Follow up with leadership and relevant stakeholders on CEO decisions and agreed actions, escalating delays or key issues.
• Support business cases, research, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate CEO and leadership meetings, including presentations, agendas, key decisions, and action follow-up.
• Support ad hoc business analysis, executive projects, and assignments requested by the CEO.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field would be an advantage.

Work Experience ·

• 5 years of experience in business planning, analysis, reporting, or project coordination.
• · Experience in management reporting, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.
• · Logistics or supply chain experience is an advantage.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Good commercial and operational awareness.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Languages

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Additional languages would be an advantage.
