
The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As a Senior Business Partner, Visual Merchandising & Print Production, you’ll lead cross-functional partnerships with buying, merchandising, and store experience teams to bring compelling in-store visual strategies to life. This role is responsible for driving visual merchandising execution, print production initiatives, adjacency planning, and presentation strategies that elevate the guest experience across stores.
You will partner closely with merchandising leaders to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies, including adjacencies, Map-It processes, fixture placement, promotional storytelling, and store-specific presentation solutions. You’ll coordinate and lead Strategy and Transition meetings to establish visual priorities, align timelines, and drive action plans that support consistent, impactful execution across all store formats.
In this role, you will oversee and maintain accurate display-to-store relationships within merchandise presentation systems while ensuring visual standards and presentation guidelines are consistently executed. You will leverage strong communication and collaboration skills to connect Store Experience, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Print Production teams, ensuring alignment on in-store visual direction, print deliverables, and executional priorities.
You will help shape and implement visual merchandising and print production strategies for new stores, remodels, test initiatives, and special projects. This includes supporting fixture strategies, promotional and seasonal storytelling, micro-marketing opportunities, localized merchandising solutions, and the development of visual communication and training materials.
Additionally, you will drive operational efficiencies by developing new tools, processes, and best practices that improve execution consistency across stores. You’ll support the Store Experience team through training strategies, production workflows, and communication tools that enhance team knowledge and elevate visual merchandising standards enterprise-wide.

About You
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4–5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Visual Merchandising, Print Production, Store Experience, Retail Operations, or related fields preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise
Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Experience supporting merchandising presentation, visual execution, or in-store marketing initiatives preferred
Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and presentation/production workflow tools preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution consistency
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually,depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
