  Manage and update product information, pricing, and vehicle configurations across internal systems in alignment with approved business policies.

  Execute and maintain business documentation, including pricing announcements, business plans, and system updates for new products or changes.
• 
  Coordinate order processing from receipt to final configuration confirmation, working with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeline adherence.
• 
  Prepare quotations, sales documents, and operational reports for customers, finance, and internal stakeholders.
• 
  Manage documentation for commissions, rebates, audit requirements, and ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management roles.
• 
  Prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, manufacturing, or B2B environments is highly preferred.
• 
  Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage complex workflows.
• 
  Fluent in English (spoken and written), able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
