Job Description

The Northeast RegionalSupport Services Assistant & Event Coordinator provides essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with project coordination and regional event planning.

Your Impact

  • ManageNew York Cityoffice facilities tomaintaincleanliness and appearance and ensure a pleasant and functioning work environment.
  • Manageallcontractedofficefacilitiesvendors.
  • AssistinNYC OfficeReception dutiesincludinggreeting and announcing visitors, offering hospitality, and directing them to a reserved resource, asneeded.
  • Answerand direct incoming phone calls and emails to the correct resource.
  • Provide phone coverage forNortheastRegion duringpersonnellunches, breaks, and personal time off
  • Assistwith processing vendor invoices as it relates to the NYC office.
  • Administer andmaintainoffice desk reservation system, issue guest passes, reserve conference rooms, meeting spaces.
  • Perform asback-up toother Regional Front Deskteammatesduring time out of the office, which may include Reception Duties and Daily mailProcessing
  • Key point personfor office and building Fire & Evacuation plans;Liaise with building management,securityand engineering personnel to resolve any building-related issues; Receive, investigate, and respond to all office-related complaints
  • Assistwith planning,organizingand executingsponsoredregionalevents.
  • Assist Regional Leaders inscheduling calendarmeetings and monitoring responses, as well as assistin processingexpense reimbursement in Concur.

Successful Candidate Will Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected pay range for this position is between $24.90 - $37.50 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range:

24.90 - 37.50 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
