In the Account Management Operations Team, we power the operational backbone of our Account Management organisation—ensuring our teams are focused, enabled, and set up to win with our partners.
We are looking for a highly reliable, analytical, and operationally excellent Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our Account Management Operations team.
In this role, you will own the systems and processes that keep our Account Management organisation running at scale—from how targets are set and tracked, to how portfolio health is monitored and reported. You will work closely with AM leadership and regional teams to ensure every account manager has the clarity, data, and operational support they need to perform. This is a role for someone who can think about the big picture, while thrives on getting the details right, builds trust through consistency, and finds satisfaction in making complex processes work reliably for large teams.
