  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across PDE; partner strategically with internal AI/automation experts to identify and implement automation opportunities that scale workflows and increase team effectiveness

  • Discover, map, and analyze current business processes and workflows with business units to uncover improvement opportunities and understand operational requirements

  • Design and implement new or revised processes and systems in partnership with cross-functional teams; use independent judgment to evaluate information and make recommendations for process improvements

  • Provide functional guidance to teams and colleagues on technical and operational matters, including AI and automation implementation, adoption, and utilization to expand PDE capability

  • Develop training materials, documentation, and change enablement for new or revised processes to ensure business user adoption and sustained effectiveness

  • Partner with stakeholders to create reports and dashboards that measure team or departmental performance in areas of productivity, quality, and operational health

  • Represent PDE in internal and external audits to fulfill compliance and governance requirements

  • Maintain awareness of emerging AI and automation trends and best practices; evaluate applicability to PDE operations and continuously identify opportunities to enhance team capability and operational effectiveness

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related degree

  • 4+ years of functional experience in IT/Software Industry

  • Experience managing complex, large-scale projects, etc. and delivering results

  • High level understanding of Information Technology and SaaS concepts

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - aptitude to clearly present the thought process, have debates and ability to influence without authority

  • Relationship management - extraordinary emotional intelligence and collaboration management skills with cross-functional teams of all levels in a matrixed organization
