We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to own the Datacenter Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) Leadership team Operating Rhythm, Financial & Headcount Management, Strategy Development and Execution, and Special Projects. This is a high-impact role for someone with sharp financial acumen, a strategic and business-minded orientation, and a strong bias for action.
Responsibilities
Resource Planning & Headcount Management
Partner with EPC Leadership team, finance, and hiring managers to manage headcount and organizational changes, including new hires, backfills, and attrition, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Lead headcount tracking and reporting, maintaining up-to-date records of current and planned headcount across teams
Financial Planning & Budget Management
Own and manage the organization's budget planning and forecasting processes, partnering with finance to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals
Monitor budget performance on an ongoing basis, tracking actuals vs. plan and flagging variances with actionable recommendations
Business Management & Operations
Own and drive efficiency into the organization rhythm of business
Partner with a Leadership team to develop a strategic roadmap and track progress against initiatives
Own organizational communications
Drive OKR development, tracking, and management across the organization
Special Project/Programs and Initiatives
Manages cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and business needs. Engages projects/programs while executing aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including work on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience which may be across multiple disciplines.

Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
