Job Description

Devsinc is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and business reporting, with the ability to develop interactive dashboards and translate business requirements into meaningful analytics. This role will work closely with internal teams and clients to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client use.
• Translate business requirements into visual analytics and KPIs
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and semantic models
• Write optimized DAX measures and calculated columns
• Develop advanced Power Query transformations
• Implement data modeling best practices (Star Schema)
• Optimize report performance and data refresh
• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service
• Configure scheduled refresh and data gateways
• Implement Row Level Security (RLS) where required.
• Maintain dashboard documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Experience working with business reporting and dashboards
• Experience working with multiple data sources including Google Sheets, Excel, CSV, and SQL databases.
• Experience setting up a data warehouse from scratch in Microsoft Fabric

• Strong Power BI development expertise.
• Advanced DAX

• Strong SQL skills.

• Strong data transformation capabilities.
• Understanding of dashboard design best practices
