Ryt Bank is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Intelligence Analystto join our dynamic Data team. This role is designed for aspiring data professionals to apply value-based judgement, technical depth and business intuition in a fast-paced and innovation first environment.

You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to how data is structured, interpreted, and used to inform next steps at varying degrees of complexity. Our goal is for data to be a strategic asset to the bank and help make informed decisions with high conviction.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Decision Support

• Design & Scale:Develop and optimize scalable analytics solutions that support critical business, risk, and product decisions.
• Complex Problem Solving:Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical problem domains and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Strategic Analytics:Perform rigorous analysis across multiple domains (customer behaviour, unit economics, risk signals) to drive decision-making.

Strategy & Standards

• Analytics Strategy:Drive the standards for data models, metric definitions, and analytical best practices across the organization.
• Define KPIs:Partner with senior stakeholders to establish success metrics and analytical frameworks at both departmental and bank-wide levels.
• Drive Action:Proactively identify systemic issues and growth opportunities, translating data-backed recommendations into measurable business outcomes.

Delivery & Governance

• Ownership:Develop and maintain robust data models and data assets that enable consistent, trusted decision-making.
• Quality & Reproducibility:Ensure analytics outputs are well-governed, documented, and production-ready, moving beyond dashboard reporting.
• Lead Change:Actively contribute to the evolution of Ryt Bank’s data operating model, tooling, and culture.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Cross-Functional:Collaborate with strategic partner from engineers, data scientists, to product managers and business stakeholders
• Mentorship:Elevate the technical and analytical standards of the team by mentoring junior analysts and leading by example.

Qualifications:

• Domain Expertise:Deep familiarity with banking, financial products, or highly regulated financial environments.
• Advanced Technical:3 – 5 years exposure to SQLand advanced analytical modelling.
• Scripting & Automation:Proven experience using Python(or equivalent scripting languages) for data analysis and automation.
• Modern Data Stack:Hands-on experience with dbt(modeling), Airflow(orchestration), and cloud data warehouses.
• Data Visualization:3 – 5 years expertise in building sophisticated tools and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Evidence-Based Influence:Beyond "storytelling," you must have the ability to translate complex analysis into persuasive, strategic actions for executive stakeholders.
• Team Management Experience in managing teams, junior analysts, interns are a plus
