WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Local Creation is Nike's local creation engine, delivering product with speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity. Business Integration connects strategy, people, processes, data, and tools so Local Creation can operate as one integrated system across functions, categories, and geographies.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration, you will support Local Creation across footwear and apparel by coordinating seasonal execution, improving processes and tools, and enabling clear cross-functional follow-through. This role will enable consistent seasonal execution by connecting plans, milestones, data, tools and cross-functional follow-through across GC Local Creation.

You will combine strong process management with hands-on execution, partnering across Design, Product Management, and Development to improve how teams plan, collaborate, and deliver seasonal work.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects, product-creation workstreams or operational initiatives.
• Strong process-management skills, including the ability to establish clear workflows, ownership, milestones and follow-through.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information, identify insights and recommend practical actions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple priorities.
• Clear communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams.

Tools and experience

• Strong PowerPoint or Keynote and Excel skills for clear presentations, analysis and reporting.
• Experience improving processes and supporting adoption of tools, templates and new ways of working.
• Experience with Miro, Airtable, Smartsheet or similar collaboration and workflow tools.
• Practical use of AI-powered tools to support productivity, planning and insights.
• Experience in sportswear, athletic footwear, apparel, consumer products or retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the GC marketplace across Wholesale and Direct
• You may bring experience from Merchandising, Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Product Creation, Consulting, Creative Operations, Innovation, Planning or another cross-functional environment where process discipline and execution are important.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will own defined end-to-end processes and recurring workstreams that enable disciplined seasonal execution across GC Local Creation. You will connect plans, milestones, information, tools and follow-through so teams can execute with clarity and consistency.

SEASONAL INTEGRATION

• Build and maintain integrated seasonal calendars, gates and communication rhythms.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables and dependencies across footwear and apparel.
• Connect with GC and global Business Integration partners to align timing and inputs.

PROCESS & TOOL ENABLEMENT

• Translate priorities into clear workflows, templates and execution plans.
• Improve and standardize end-to-end processes and ways of working.
• Support adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools for planning and collaboration.

INSIGHTS & FOLLOW-THROUGH

• Create visibility to readiness, risks, milestones and decisions.
• Analyze information and performance signals to identify issues and practical actions.
• Prepare decision-ready updates and facilitate workshops or feedback sessions.
