We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development within product/process contexts.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product development, business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting roles within the financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments (e.g., KYC, AML, MiFID II, Basel III). Competence in business analysis, program management, process improvement or transformation, and test management.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.
