Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within CORE supporting Fraud & Claims Management (FCM). Learn more about our business divisions at Wells Fargo Careers. In this role, you will support the learning needs of critical Fraud and Claims business functions, helping ensure frontline employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting regulatory and operational requirements. You will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Enterprise Learning & Development teams to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs that drive workforce readiness and performance.
This position supports teams across Claims & Recovery and Fraud Detection Operations, including Credit Card Claims, Debit/ACH/Check Claims, Online Claims, Recovery & Restitution Processing, Identity Theft Assistance, Fraud Alert Investigation, Account Takeover, Online Banking Fraud, Payment Fraud, and other high-risk fraud prevention and detection functions.
As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will create and maintain learning content, facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs, manage classroom delivery, manage leadership relationships, and support onboarding and transition initiatives. You will collaborate with line-of-business partners to identify skill gaps, develop learning solutions, and ensure employees are prepared to navigate complex customer situations, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
