You'll be working in the UBS SDL team in Beijing, supporting business growth and strategic initiatives across China, while also serving as a key liaison for global and APAC activities onshore.
Requirements
• Minimum 20 years of experience in banking or financial services, with significant exposure to China, APAC, and global markets.
• Demonstrated success in business development, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership at a senior level.
• Extensive experience engaging with senior clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Fluency in English is essential; strong understanding of Western business culture is required.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are advantageous.
