Senior Business Development & Sales Consultant

Company: Tekrra1 ( tekrra1.com)

Location: Remote ( Strictly US Central Time)

Compensation: PKR 50,000 to 65,000 Base + 3% Commission in USD on total client invoice.

Mandatory Experience Requirements

  • No Prior Experience = No Consideration. This is not an entry-level or "learn-on-the-job" position.
  • Proven Track Record: You must have 2+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development (B2B/IT preferred).
  • Tool Proficiency: Immediate expertise in HubSpot, Canva, and Hostinger Email/Titan Mail is required.

The Role

Tekrra1 is an IT Consulting firm looking for a high-level "Hunter" to lead our sales and digital presence. We need a professional who can not only close deals but also manage the tools and content that drive those deals. You will have the autonomy to suggest new strategies and optimize our existing workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Automation: Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM to track leads, deals, and communication history.
  • Email Marketing: Execute professional outreach and cold campaigns using Hostinger/Titan email services
  • Content Design: Use Canva to design high-quality social media posts, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  • Social Media Video: Script and produce Video Reels (TikTok/Instagram/LinkedIn) to showcase our IT consulting expertise.
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct high-energy cold calls and LinkedIn prospecting during US Central Time (CST) business hours.
  • Strategic Growth: Make executive suggestions on industry tools and workflow improvements to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Expert Communicator: Flawless English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and pitch IT consulting services.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Deep experience with HubSpot (CRM/Automation), Canva (Design), and Hostinger (Email Campaigns).
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
