The Opportunity

We are hiring Business Development Recruiters who come from real estate sales backgrounds and want to transition into the recruiting industry—specifically within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC).

This is a sales-first role with full-cycle ownership

You will:

  • Prospect and win new client relationships (AEC firms)

  • Generate job orders through business development

  • Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting (we train you)

  • Manage the hiring process from intake to placement

  • Build a scalable, repeatable book of business

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Prospect AEC firms via calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

  • Pitch Luxus Group’s recruiting services

  • Generate job orders and hiring opportunities

Full-Cycle Recruiting (We Train You)

  • Run intake calls to understand hiring needs

  • Source and qualify candidates (with support from coordinators)

  • Present candidates and manage interview processes

  • Close offers and facilitate placements

Account Management & Growth

  • Build long-term client relationships

  • Deliver a high-quality hiring experience

  • Generate repeat business and referrals

  • Grow your territory and niche

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

This is a high-performance, sales-driven role Activity drives pipeline, and pipeline drives income.

Daily KPIs

  • 50–100 outbound touches (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

  • 10–25 live conversations with prospects, clients, or candidates

  • 2–5 new client or job intake conversations

  • 1–3 candidate submittals (as you ramp)

  • CRM updates and pipeline management

Weekly KPIs

  • 250–500 outbound activities

  • 8–15 client conversations or meetings

  • 3–7 job orders generated

  • 5–15 candidate submittals (increasing as you ramp)

  • 3–8 interviews scheduled

Monthly KPIs

  • 10–20+ job orders generated

  • 25–60+ candidate submittals

  • 15–30 interviews facilitated

  • 2–5+ placements (as you ramp into full production)

  • Maintain 3x–5x pipeline coverage relative to income goals

  • 40% – 70% of revenue generated

  • No cap on earnings

Realistic Income Potential

  • Year 1: $90K – $150K

  • Year 2: $125K – $230K

  • Year 3: $160K – $300K+
