Customer Service Lending (CSL) is the public face of CommBank, delivering simpler, safer and better banking experiences to more than 10 million personal and small business customers.

As part of our Workplace & Employee Banking team, you'll build strategic partnerships with leading organisations across Australia, connecting their employees with specialist home lending solutions and creating meaningful value for customers, partners and the Bank.

Do work that matters:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll identify, develop and grow corporate partnerships that generate quality home lending opportunities. Working closely with Home Lenders and stakeholders across the Bank, you'll drive business growth through trusted relationships, collaboration and customer-focused outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building and growing strategic corporate partnerships.

  • Developing trusted relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio and improve business performance.

  • Planning and delivering successful Workplace Banking launches and engagement activities.

  • Promoting CommBank's Workplace & Employee Banking offering to prospective and existing partners.

  • Working closely with Home Lenders to generate quality lending opportunities.

  • Managing risk and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Looking for opportunities to simplify processes and continuously improve the way we work.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Proven success in business development or relationship management.

  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Strong home lending knowledge and experience.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver commercial outcomes.

  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.

  • Confidence using technology and Bank systems to support customer and business outcomes.

  • Financial services experience or tertiary qualifications in business, finance, economics or marketing.
