This job posting is a new position within our organization in Canada.

Compax is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record of selling BSS/OSS, digital platforms, or telecom software solutions to Communication Service Providers (CSPs), MNOs, MVNOs, MVNEs, and related organizations across North America.

The ideal candidate combines consultative sales expertise with a solid understanding of telecommunications technologies and business processes, enabling productive conversations with both executive and technical stakeholders. The successful candidate should be capable of identifying opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and coordinating with presales and delivery teams to deliver business value.

Your profile:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within telecommunications.
• Proven experience selling BSS/OSS, Digital BSS, MVNO/MVNE platforms, CRM, Billing, Charging, or related telecom solutions.
• Good understanding of mobile network architecture, CSP operations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Solid technical background in telecommunications, networking, software engineering, or IT, enabling effective discussions with customer technical teams, solution architects, and product specialists.
• Ability to understand network architectures, BSS/OSS ecosystems, APIs, cloud technologies, and system integration concepts while translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Experience managing complex consultative sales processes with Tier-1, Tier-2 or regional operators.
• Fluent (professional/native) English is mandatory; Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly desirable.
• Based in Canada, preferably within commuting distance of Ottawa, ON, with willingness to travel across North America.
