As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth within a high-impact commercial team while working with innovative SaaS solutions across Registration & Filing, Calculations, and Regulatory Reporting. You'll partner with some of the investment industry's leading organisations, deepen your expertise in European regulatory frameworks, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and client success teams. This role offers significant exposure across the business, allowing you to influence customer outcomes, contribute to product direction, and accelerate your career within a global organisation committed to professional development and continuous learning.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Business Development Manager will include:

• Driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales execution across the Regulatory Compliance Suite.
• Working closely with Marketing and a dedicated Business Development Representative team to accelerate demand generation and sales opportunities.
• Partnering with Client Success Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience and support long-term client relationships.
• Collaborating with Product teams to represent customer needs and contribute valuable market insights.
• Developing a strong understanding of European regulatory requirements, including AMF, PRIIPs, UCITS, and SFDR.
• Building and maintaining relationships with asset managers, fund administrators, compliance professionals, and regulatory specialists across France.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Business Development Manager:

• You must have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the financial services industry, ideally serving buy-side organisations such as Asset Managers
• You will have a proven track record of generating and converting new business opportunities.
• You will be fluent in both French and English (C1 level), with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• You will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that enable you to develop trusted client partnerships.
• You will have experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting accurately, and leveraging CRM systems to drive performance and efficiency.
• You will demonstrate a growth mindset and a commitment to developing your expertise while applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
