1、区域商务战略与执行：全面主导PUBG Mobile在拉美区域的商务拓展战略制定与执行，负责游戏对外的各类商务合作，涵盖电竞赛事赞助、品牌/IP联动、流量与渠道合作等多种类型，以驱动用户增长、提升品牌影响力及收入为核心目标。
2、战略合作发掘与落地：深度洞察拉美本地用户需求与文化热点，主动发掘、谈判并主导与区域内快消、娱乐、体育、时尚等领域的顶尖品牌、IP或名人的战略合作，推动从联合营销活动到游戏内产品联动的全流程创新落地。
3、全生命周期合作管理：独立负责战略合作的全生命周期管理，从初步接触、商务谈判、合同签署，到项目执行跟踪与后期数据复盘，确保合作效果可衡量、投资回报最大化。
4、跨团队协同与资源整合：作为区域商务拓展的核心接口，高效协同市场、运营、产品、法务等内部团队，整合资源确保合作项目顺利推进，实现业务目标。
1、经验与资源：具备5年及以上游戏行业商务拓展、合作伙伴管理或战略销售经验。拥有拉美市场工作经验及本地品牌、媒体、渠道或电竞生态资源者优先。
2、行业洞察与热情：热爱游戏，对游戏行业有深刻理解和热情，拥有丰富的游戏经验。对FPS品类有深度体验和见解者优先。
3、沟通与协作能力：具备出色的跨文化沟通能力和商务谈判技巧，能够适应跨时区、跨地域的团队协作，善于在复杂环境中建立信任、推动共识。
4、职业素养：拥有强烈的责任心和出色的抗压能力，具备优秀的项目管理和多任务推进能力，能有效协调内外部多团队合作，确保项目高质量交付。
5、语言能力：英语听说读写流利，可作为主要工作语言。掌握西班牙语或葡萄牙语等拉美地区主流语言者将作为显著加分项
