Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the Hub Delivery program across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is responsible for driving expansion of our Hub partner stores by building and managing high-performing field sales teams. The successful candidate will combine strategic planning with hands-on leadership to accelerate partner acquisition while upholding Amazon's high standards of customer experience and compliance.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), fostering strong field performance, compliance, and capability building across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Own the country-wide acquisition and expansion strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality onboarding of Hub partners aligned with network capacity and operational needs.
• Analyze performance data to track field team effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in partner acquisition and retention metrics.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex onboarding challenges, partner performance issues, and operational blockers that impact delivery network reliability.
• Collaborate with Delivery Stations, Program, and Product teams to implement and enhance tools, processes, and partner experience (eg. Salesforce).

• Represent Saudi Arabia in regional and global business reviews, providing data-driven insights, accurate forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and Amazon's operational standards while adapting global best practices to the Saudi market context.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience managing people including development, hiring, performance management, and leading teams dispersed across various regions
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills for both local team leadership and global stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in logistics, or experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Experience hiring and developing sales management teams
- Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics tools.
