The Opportunity: You have 4+ years in the game. You’ve done the cold calling, you’ve grinded through the gatekeepers, and you’ve proven you can close. You don't need a manager breathing down your neck; you need a vehicle that can keep up with your financial ambition.

At Aaron Sansoni Group International (ASGI), we provide that vehicle. We are looking for Senior BDMs to handle our highest-intent inbound leads.

Our marketing is generating more qualified, inbound traffic than our current team can handle. We are literally leaving money on the table because we physically cannot get to every prospect fast enough.

This is not a churn-and-burn role. This is a home for career closers who want to sell a premium product, work with the best in the industry, and realistically target a $300k+ income.

The Role:

• Execute: Conduct high-level discovery and closing calls via Zoom/Phone.

• Convert: Maintain a high closing percentage on warm, inbound traffic.

• Lead: Set the pace for the sales floor. Senior BDMs are expected to demonstrate what "world-class" looks like.

• Optimize: Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with precision.

Who Qualifies:

• 4-5+ Years Sales Experience: You have the scars and the trophies to prove your tenure.

• Proven Closer: You can show us your numbers. You know your conversion rates and average order values.

• Consultative Approach: You know how to sell high-ticket items ($5k - $50k+) by building value, not just pushing features.

• Financial Motivation: You have specific financial goals and you are looking for the role that will fund them.
