About the role:

This is a full-time Senior Business Development Manager position managing warm, inbound, high-ticket leads.

  • Conduct consultative in-person, Zoom, and phone sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Manage a structured sales process from discovery to close
  • Sell premium programs typically ranging from $5k–$50k+
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in HubSpot
  • Work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth

You’ll spend your time closing, not chasing cold prospects.

What you will do:

  • Run high-quality discovery calls that uncover business needs and goals
  • Present tailored solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Overcome objections professionally and ethically
  • Maintain strong follow-up cadence to maximise conversions
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Skills & experience:

  • We are focused on capability and performance rather than tenure.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket offers in a consultative sales environment
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong discovery, objection handling and value-based selling skills
  • Experience selling via Zoom and phone
  • Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous)

You know your numbers. Conversion rates, average order value and revenue performance, and can speak to them clearly.
