We are now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join Arla SE and act as the trusted advisor to the Market Head and member of the Arla SE leadership team.
How you will make an impact
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of Arla SE while gaining end-to-end exposure to our business operations.
Your areas of responsibilities include
You will report to the Strategy & Business Development Director in Europe and have a dotted line to the Market Head in Arla SE. You will be a full member of the Arla SE Leadership Team and will also be part of the European Business Development team and Strategy community, which consists of high-caliber people with e.g. top-tier consulting backgrounds.
What will make you successful
We are looking for someone who ideally has consultancy or business development experience combined with a solid educational background probably within Business Administration. In order to be successful in this role we believe that you have a strong strategy consulting toolbox (e.g. business case, structured problem solving, communication, project and program management skills). Furthermore, you have excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel and the ability to communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will need to be independent, self-driven and thrive working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Your level of drive lies far above average, and your problem solving skills enables you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious solutions. At the same time, you get your energy from engaging with your team and stakeholders throughout the organization. As a team player, you are ready to collaborate across functions and levels of seniority. Finally, you are assertive and daring to speak up and challenge senior leaders when the need arises.
