Senior Business Development Consultant (Senior BDC)

On-Target Earnings: £58,780

The Role

As a Senior BDC, you’ll operate at a higher level of ownership and consistency, managing a larger pipeline and converting higher-value opportunities.

You’ll still be focused on winning new landlord business, but with increased expectations around deal quality, conversion rates, and commercial decision-making.

This is a step toward management-level responsibility and progression into BDM.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a high-performing landlord pipeline
• Generate consistent new business through inbound and outbound channels
• Make commercially sound recommendations on service offering
• Present, negotiate, and close higher-value agreements
• Work closely with operations to maximise deal outcomes
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline visibility
• Consistently exceed monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within property or lettings
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Confident managing larger pipelines and more complex deals
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong understanding of the lettings market (or ability to learn quickly)
