Senior Business Development Manager – Complex Care / Mental Health
Competitive Salary DOE + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a growing healthcare provider specialising in Complex Care/Mental Health services. With ambitious growth plans and an expanding operational footprint, the business is looking for a commercially driven senior BDM to support strategic growth and strengthen relationships across the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a passion for driving growth within Complex Care/Mental Health services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development activity across the Complex Care and Mental Health divisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners, healthcare providers, case managers, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities nationally
  • Support growth strategy and market expansion plans
  • Work closely with operational and recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and partnerships
  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry forums
  • Support tender opportunities and commercial discussions where required
  • Maintain strong client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior business development role within healthcare
  • Strong understanding of Complex Care and/or Mental Health services
  • Existing relationships within healthcare or social care markets would be highly advantageous
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Strategic mindset with experience supporting business growth
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
