In this position you will…
. actively identify potential partners within strategic verticals and directly create tangible business opportunities using bolttech’s solutions. Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Business Development Lead, you will ensure strategic alignment while moving beyond simple operational support to take full ownership of end-to-end deal execution. Empowered with independent deal-leading authority, you will manage everything from designing proposal structures and analyzing revenue models to final contract closing. With a sharp sales instinct to monetize partner pain points, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deal closures and maximize business impact for the organization.
You will be responsible for…
- Acting as the primary customer-facing interface, capturing customer requirements and translating them into actionable business opportunities while serving as a key linkage between customers and bolttech.
- Supporting new business development and hunting activities in close collaboration with the Senior Business Development Manager (Hunter), while also independently leading or co-leading deals in alignment with the overall BD strategy.
- Actively identifying, prospecting, and executing new business opportunities within designated strategic verticals (e.g. Telco, Card, Financial Institutions, Platforms, OEMs), with clear ownership of individual KPIs related to meetings, leads, pipeline development, and deal creation.
- Managing assigned deals end-to-end, including taking partial or full execution ownership for deals originated through your own hunting activities, from initial engagement through to contract execution.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure effective and timely deal execution.
- Leading the development of commercial proposals, business structures, revenue models, and KPI frameworks tailored to partner needs, including conducting initial pricing, profitability, and business case analyses.
- Representing bolttech in partner meetings, pitches, and follow-up discussions as required, maintaining ownership of ongoing commercial communications throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Developing deep market and partner insights by identifying partner-specific pain points, growth opportunities, and strategic alignment with bolttech’s solutions.
- Serving as a central internal communication hub for new business initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across relevant teams.

Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of BD processes, including deal structures, proposal templates, and cross-functional collaboration models.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related commercial role, with proven hands-on experience driving deals end-to-end from prospecting to contract closure.
- Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new B2B or B2B2C partnerships, preferably within strategic verticals such as Telco, Financial Institutions, Platforms, or OEMs.
- Strong hunter mindset with clear ownership of individual KPIs, including meeting generation, pipeline development, deal conversion, and revenue impact.
- Experience working closely with a Business Development Lead or senior commercial leader, with the ability to independently lead deals while aligning with overall BD strategy.
- Solid commercial acumen, including experience developing proposals, structuring business models, evaluating pricing and profitability, and building compelling business cases.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to execute complex deals efficiently and successfully.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify partner pain points and translate them into monetizable business opportunities using technology-enabled solutions.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both external partners and internal teams.
- Business-level English proficiency, with experience working in a global or cross-border environment
