The Role

This is the ideal opportunity for a results-driven and purpose-driven individual with an entrepreneurial flair.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and expanding strong relationships with exec leaders in enterprise customers, and driving the growth of our brand and tech talent solutions in the Australian market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably to enterprise customers selling solutions or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passionate about driving positive change.
