Our client is a well-established Accounting and Advisory Firm in Phnom Penh, seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support brand visibility.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build strong networks with clients and professional associations
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client engagement
Represent the firm at workshops, seminars, and events
Oversee branding and marketing initiatives
Manage client database and digital communication
Support professional development of the business team
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken & written)
Proven experience in business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
