Senior Business / Data Analyst – AML & KYC
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business/Data Analyst to support an AML/KYC initiative from ideation through delivery. The role combines business analysis, data analysis, requirements management, testing, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and manage requirements with full traceability.
- Analyze data flows, user roles, data usage, and data quality issues.
- Define target solutions and use cases with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs.
- Contribute to data architecture, solution validation, reporting, and dashboards.
- Support product, performance, and UAT testing
- Manage Agile backlogs, sprint planning, and MVP delivery.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project requirements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business/Data Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with conceptual data modelling and data architecture
- Good understanding of Big Data, BI, reporting, and dashboards
- Knowledge of IT testing and Agile methodologies.
- Strong requirements, stakeholder, and project management skills.
- AML/KYC or compliance experience is a strong advantage.
- Banking or insurance experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Dutch and French: good level.
- English: strong spoken and written communication.
