Job Title: Senior Business Consultant Software Sales

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant with a strong background in software sales, B2B business development, and networking. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to build high-value relationships and drive sales growth in the UAE and broader GCC market. As part of our team, you will focus on forging strategic connections, driving growth, and selling cutting-edge software solutions to businesses across various industries, while incorporating insights on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives into sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration for software solutions in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders at C-suite and senior management levels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to ensure repeat business and expand market share.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the UAE market to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations, including integrating ESG factors when relevant.
  • Sell and promote software solutions across a wide range of industries, identifying client pain points and proposing the most suitable solutions.
  • Lead sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to stay up to date with the latest software offerings and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and seminars to generate new leads, establish key connections, and represent the company in the market.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
  • Provide consultative support throughout the sales process, ensuring that solutions are customized to each client's business model and aligned with their ESG goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and help them develop skills in relationship-building, software sales, and market development.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business consulting, software sales, or B2B sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building and strategic networking.
  • Proven success in selling software solutions to businesses of all sizes, particularly within the UAE and GCC market.
  • Expert understanding of the UAE market, including industry dynamics, business culture, and regional challenges.
  • Strong experience in networking and building connections with decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Knowledge of ESG principles, particularly how they can be applied to corporate strategies, software solutions, and business practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, product demos, and contract negotiations.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to customer requirements and overcome sales objections.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, contributing to company-wide goals.
  • Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English, with the ability to engage with Arabic-speaking clients and partners in the region.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred to facilitate client meetings and business travel across the region.
