Senior Business Consultant – IBM Maximo EAM
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Start Date: 27 August 2026
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 4+ years
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong functional expertise in IBM Maximo EAM to support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Configure and optimize IBM Maximo EAM modules.
- Conduct functional workshops with business stakeholders.
- Support full-cycle Maximo implementations and upgrades.
- Provide post-implementation functional support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
- Support change management and business process optimization.
- Contribute to testing activities, including functional and UFT testing.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo functional consulting.
- Deep understanding of IBM Maximo EAM modules and capabilities.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade
- Strong experience in Maximo functional configuration and optimization.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) and change management.
- Experience with Unified Functional Testing (UFT) or comparable functional testing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Desirable Skills
- IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo EAM certification.
- ITIL or Asset Management certification.
- Experience in utilities, energy, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of cloud migration and data migration processes.
- Experience integrating Maximo with other enterprise systems.
