Senior Consultant - Business Consulting (Tashkent) (Customer & Finance)

We are seeking a confident, driven, and forward‑thinking Senior Consultant to join our Business Consulting team - someone who is ready to take on new challenges and help companies across Central Asia grow, adapt, and become the best among the best.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Business Consulting (Customer & Finance), you will be expected to:

• Lead and support business and finance banking projects: Take ownership of critical workstreams to solve complex client challenges in the banking and financial services domain. Work closely with client teams to analyze business processes, financial data, and market trends in order to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive business transformation and innovation: Guide banks and financial institutions through end-to-end transformation initiatives, such as operating model redesign, finance function development, digital banking implementation and process re-engineering.
• Team leadership and collaboration: Work as part of a diverse, high-performing consulting team, contributing to a collaborative culture of excellence. For Senior Consultants, provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, coordinate their workstreams, and foster an environment of continuous learning
• Business development support: Assist in developing proposals, case studies, and other business development activities by leveraging your banking industry insights and project experience. Help identify new consulting opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to the growth of the firm’s Financial Services practice.

Key Requirements and qualifications:

Candidates for the Consultant/Senior Consultant – Banking role should meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
• Experience: Proven 3–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting or in the banking/financial services industry. Candidates with experience on consulting projects for banks or in-house roles at banks (e.g. in strategy, business, finance,) will be well suited for this position.
• Banking sector expertise: Strong understanding of banking business is required. This includes familiarity with core banking products and processes and knowledge of industry trends and regulatory frameworks in banking.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and business processes to draw insights and develop solutions. Proficiency in building financial models, conducting market/competitor analysis, and using data-driven decision-making is expected. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are preferred.
• Languages: Communication skills in Russian and English are mandatory, with the ability to present material clearly in both languages.
• Readiness for relocation: Willingness to relocate to Tashkent and to travel within the Central Asia & Caucasus region for client engagements is necessary.
