Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on behalf of an international client with operations in Milan. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize software solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, encompassing coding, system configuration, and feature implementation aligned with client requirements.
• Optimize system performance to ensure efficient and reliable operation over time.
• Perform ongoing maintenance including bug fixes, patches, and software updates.
• Coordinate and supervise development activities, monitoring progress within the team.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing new technologies or methodologies to enhance software solution efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations, implementing best practices to safeguard company and customer data.

Required Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Extensive proficiency in Business Central and Navision development.

• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Strictly technical focus without involvement in management or sales activities.
• Available for hybrid work at either Borgomanero or Milan (Cologno Monzese) offices.

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
