About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Architect to lead the design, development and execution of business architecture frameworks across VOIS domains. This role plays a central part in shaping VOIS’ strategic direction, enabling enterprise transformation, and ensuring alignment between processes, technology, and organisational objectives. The individual will support strategy definition, process design, stakeholder collaboration, and governance across multiple domains while contributing to VOIS’ ambition to become a commercialised, market‑leading service provider.

What you will do

  • Support strategy analysis by assessing current domain landscapes, systems and data, mapping business demands against strategic guidance, and identifying risks associated with transformation.
  • Develop business change implementation approaches that maintain stakeholder engagement and enable delivery against strategy.
  • Analyse and design high‑level process flows and contribute long‑term strategy ideas aligned with the VOIS value framework.
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders by establishing strong relationships, facilitating workshops and strategy meetings, and moderating technical discussions in a way that is understandable for non‑technical audiences.
  • Collect, analyse and define requirements, ensuring clarity on how each requirement drives value.
  • Develop design options based on contextual analysis, identify hidden opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Shape and scope projects while tracing, maintaining and prioritising requirements.
  • Map processes using standard tools (Signavio experience is preferred) and promote VOIS best practices across the organisation.
  • Support solution evaluation by analysing performance measures, reviewing organisational limitations and identifying ways to increase solution value.
  • Contribute to strategy governance by capturing the maturity, implementation status, pain points and opportunities for enhancement across domains.
  • Define and promote repeatable, tightly governed integration architecture aligned with Vodafone’s technical, security and process standards.
  • Collaborate with vendor teams, providing feedback on needs, challenges and potential enhancements that can deliver greater value for VOIS.

Who you are

  • Skilled at translating complex concepts into clear, accessible frameworks understood by a broad audience.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Effective at time management, action tracking and cross‑functional leadership.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops and guiding strategic discussions.
  • Possess foundational knowledge or exposure to business analysis or business architecture practices.
  • Familiarity with BABOK, TOGAF or SAFe is beneficial.
  • Experience with process mapping tools, ideally Signavio, is advantageous but not essential.
