About the role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team, acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and production support.


This role combines advanced business and systems analysis, hands-on collaboration with developers, and ongoing production support and reporting to ensure stable, well-designed, and continuously improving solutions.

The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate a positive “can‑do” attitude, curiosity, and a strong commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing to team and organisational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements for Chorus BPM and Blue Prism RPA applications in collaboration with business users, product/process owners and developers
  • Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, design discussions and solution validations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support change impact analysis and ensure alignment with business objectives and operational processes
  • Work closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
  • Support testing activities by reviewing test scenarios, validating outcomes and coordinating defect resolution
  • Contribute to solution design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and operational readiness
  • Act as a senior point of contact for production issues, analysing incidents and identifying root causes in collaboration with technical teams, supporting the resolution of complex and critical incidents, and ensuring proper prioritisation and escalation when required
  • Maintain and improve support documentation, system knowledge and operating procedures
  • Own and manage the reporting solution within the Chorus BPM application, including maintenance and development of reporting portals used by operational teams
  • Design, prepare and deliver operational and management reports based on agreed requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability
  • Support product upgrades and client migrations

Skills and competencies:

  • Strong business and systems analysis experience in a BPM/RPA application or process‑driven environment
  • Experience with BPMN / process modelling and translating processes into system requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and research skills to support process discovery, optimisation and decision‑making
  • Ability to work confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ability to communicate in English in a clear and effective way, both verbally and in writing (min B2 level)

Additional Skills (nice to have):

  • Knowledge of financial services, particularly in transfer agency operations
  • Exposure to system upgrades, migrations or transformation initiatives is a plus
  • Experience in a production/support or operational environment is an advantage

Work requirements:

  • Hybrid role model: at least 3 days from the office per week required

Minimum Salary:

zł132 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
