We are seeking a qualified Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner with extensive experience in data-driven projects of varying complexity, ideally with a strong background in Data Warehouse (DWH) development and BI reporting.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our Data Platform, enhancing data quality, and driving strategic initiatives through effective requirement gathering, in-depth problem analysis, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This position combines classic business analysis with hands-on work involving data, dashboards, and analytical tools.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives
• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
• Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI, Tableau
• Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed
• Contribute to the automation, standardization, and optimization of reporting processes
• Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst working on data-intensive projects involving BI solutions, reporting, and data platform development
• Confident SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling principles
• Practical experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, preferably Tableau)
• Proven ability to build and present dashboards and analytical insights
• Strong understanding of iterative ways of working, especially Scrum
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience participating in the end-to-end development of a Data Warehouse / SSA layer from scratch
• Experience building BI prototypes or POCs independently before involving developers
