BUSINESS ANALYST

The Opportunity You will join our Delivery team as a Business Analyst, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. While your journey begins with a high-impact technical migration, your role is designed to evolve. You will grow into a strategic partner, enabling clients harness AI and Automation.

What You'll Own

Your First Mission: The Migration For your first 6-9 months, you will lead a critical initiative: transitioning complex enterprise workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath.

• Not just "Lift and Shift": You will optimize these automations for the new platform, ensuring they are future-ready.
• The Bridge: You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical pods, owning requirement clarity and process validation.
• You will be hands on and comfortable analyzing TDDs and eliciting gaps on behalf of the Development team.
• You will create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) that translate “As-Is” Blue Prism logic into optimized “To-Be” UiPath designs, maintaining strict traceability matrices throughout the migration.

Your Long-Term Journey: Beyond the migration, you will work across various client engagements, supporting Roboyo’s consulting and technology services.

• Client Advisory: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, moving beyond delivery to become a trusted advisor who helps shape their AI and automation strategy.
• Lifecycle Leadership: Manage full automation lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Expanding Horizons: Drive projects involving new technologies (AI Generative AI, IDP, Process Mining) and methodologies, helping clients adopt the "Agentic AI" revolution.

Key Responsibilities

• SDLC & Backlog Management: Plan, estimate, and execute Business Analysis activities. Drive rigorous prioritization of the backlog to keep Delivery Pods supplied with code-ready requirements.
• Process Architecture: Define information architecture to ensure all logic is traceable and testable from ideation through to UAT.
• Workshop Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, challenge the status quo, and identify logic optimization opportunities.
• Change Management: Manage deviations from legacy logic, ensuring all changes are documented, approved, and communicated.
• Client Consulting

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 5+ years in automation, in Business Analysis or Consulting roles.
• Migration Fluency: Specific exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism is non-negotiable for this role.
• Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, creatively, and outside the box to adapt to client culture.
• Communication: Exceptional communicator, able to explain complex ideas simply and structured, bridging the gap between technical constraints and business expectations.
• Process Modelling: Solid experience in UML/BPMN and documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
• Technical Fluency: Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Future-Ready: Exposure to AI, IDP, Process Mining (Celonis).
