Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the UI/UX design strategy for our GTB channels. Your responsibilities will include backlog management, creating user stories for channel enhancements, tracking customer usage patterns, and analyzing revenue streams. You will collaborate closely with the GTB product and technology teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of UI/UX enhancement projects for GTB channels.
• Write comprehensive user stories, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
• Track and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product team to define and refine the GTB channel roadmap.
• Work closely with the technology team to ensure efficient implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all GTB channels.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of UI/UX projects to stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, or business analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and business analysis, with a focus on digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, user experience research, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing backlogs, and a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of successful UI/UX design projects is preferred.
