
The Senior Business Analyst - Transformation Office MedTech (m/f/d) supports the disciplined execution of transformation initiatives across the MedTech business by delivering high-quality analyses, structured performance tracking, and transparent oversight of progress and results. The role serves as a central point of contact for transformation-related analytical topics across all business unit functions, enabling clear, professional communication between global and local teams as well as senior leadership.
Beyond core Transformation Office responsibilities, the role contributes to selected strategic initiatives within the MedTech Business Unit, supporting leadership through structured analyses, high-quality decision materials, and effective cross-functional coordination.
Track and analyze transformation performance across all functional areas (Commercial, TechOps, R&D, etc.) using relevant KPIs.
Design, maintain, and further develop reports and dashboards, including deviation, trend, and potential analyses, to support Top-Management decision-making.
Ensure consistency and alignment between reported initiative progress and financial impact in close collaboration with Finance.
Support the development and validation of initiative business cases, including value logic, assumptions, and performance metrics.
Act as the analytical bridge between Finance, Transformation leadership, and senior stakeholders, ensuring a shared fact base and credible narratives.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support strategic MedTech Business Unit discussions beyond core transformation governance.
Strengthen transparency, credibility, and decision quality of transformation performance and value realization reporting.
Academic degree and at least 2 years' experience in a relevant area such as business analysis, consulting, strategy, transformation, or project management.
Background in management consulting or a corporate environment with transformation exposure as well as experience in life sciences and healthcare is beneficial.
Strong analytical and financial skills to drive business case development, KPI tracking, and performance analysis as well as skilled with financial literacy, including understanding P&L, cost structures, ROI, and value realization.
Capability to translate data into clear actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style as well as strong communication skills in English written and spoken with the ability to work effectively with finance and senior stakeholders.
